Refund Policy

At Sam Journey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the terms outlined below.

1. Returns

You have days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase order confirmation or receipt must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Sale or clearance items 
  • Perishable goods

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We will provide you with return instructions, including where to ship your item(s). Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within  business days.

  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected]  with your order number and details of the defect or damage. We will provide further instructions.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at  [email protected] with photos of the item and your order details. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us at [email protected]  with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, please follow our return process.
